We are also able to provide any of these services on an a` la carte basis. Bark Networks is here to provide the service you need in the time frame you desire.

You can also take advantage of our ticket management portal. We will set you up a login for yourself and any number of locations necessary to give you a place to enter trouble tickets, track progress of your issues, and see the final conclusion. We can set up SLA's, offer reporting, and provide after hours emergency contact information. Especially useful for clients who operate multiple locations in different locales as well as organizations with their own internal helpdesk. However, no client is too small to be given this capability.
